【摘要】 应用镍钛记忆合金网状内支架缓解食管狭窄３４例，经临床和放射学检查及随访，所有患者内支架均放置成功，吞咽困难症状均得到缓解，未发生严重并发症。随访过程中未见内支架移位。表明置入镍钛记忆合金网状内支架能迅速、安全、有效地缓解食管狭窄，减轻患者痛苦，提高生存质量更多还原

【Abstract】 To assess the effectiveness of self expanding metallic stents in the palliation of dysphagia due to irresectable esophagogastric carcinoma,therty four patients aged 43～78 years old with inoperable esophagogastric carcinoma underwent stent placement.All patients underwent both clinical and radiologic examination before and after treatment.Every patient is followed up.Stent placement was successful in all patients with good symptomatic relief and no serious complications.No stent moves during follow up period.The insertion of a self expending metallic stent provides rapid,safe and effective palliation of malignant esophagogastric obstruction.更多还原
