抗癌基因失活与葡萄胎恶变的关系

【摘要】 为探讨p53及nm23抗癌基因失活与葡萄胎恶变的关系,对82例葡萄胎、30例侵蚀性葡萄胎和30例绒癌石蜡包埋切片进行免疫组织化学染色分析。82例葡萄胎中,未发生恶变32例,恶变50例。恶变组葡萄胎中p53基因的表达明显强于非恶变组(P<0.05),nm23基因的表达显著低于非恶变组(P<0.001)。不同来源的绒癌之间以及绒癌和侵蚀性葡萄胎之间p53和nm23基因的表达差异无显著性(P均>0.05)。p53及nm23基因的失活与葡萄胎恶变有关,但与葡萄胎恶性转化方向无关

【Abstract】 To study the effect of antioncogenes in the malignant transformation of hydatiform mole, expression of p53 and nm23 tumour suppressor gene were evaluated in 82 cases of hydatidiform mole, including 32 cases of benign and 50 cases of maliganatly transforming hydatidiform mole. Formlin-fixed, paraffin-embedded histological sections were used for immunohistochemistry, utilizing monoclonal antibodies to p53 and nm23 gene products. The expression of p53 is significantly elevated in transforming group than that of the control group ( P =0.021). The expression of nm23 gene protein is significantly reduced in this group( P =0.0000033).But in either case the gene expression is not significantly different in choriocarcinoma of different origin and not different in choriocarcinoma and invasive hydatidiform mole.Inactivation of both tumour suppressor genes may play role in the malignant transformation of hydatidiform mole,but play no role in transforming orientation.
