血小板活化因子在梗阻性黄疸肠粘膜屏障损害中的作用
THE ROLES OF PLATELET ACTIVATING FACTOR IN INJURY OF ENTEROMUCOSAL BARRIER IN OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE
【摘要】 建立梗阻性黄疸模型,观察肠组织血小板活化因子(PAF)含量变化与肠粘膜电位(PD)、肠组织磷酸脂酶A2(PLA2)活化、髓过氧化酶(MPO)活力以及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化的关系。结果表明,梗阻性黄疸肠组织PAF含量显著升高,与肠粘膜PD降低呈显著负相关(r=-0.90,P<0.01)。提示PAF是导致梗阻性黄疸肠粘膜屏障损害的重要因素之一,而PLA2活化、中性粒细胞激活以及大量氧自由基释放是导致肠粘膜屏障损害的重要中间机制。
【Abstract】 A model of obstructive jaundice was established in the SD rats to investigate the relationship between the changes of the level of platelet activating factor(PAF)and the changes in potential difference(PD) of intestinal mucosa ,intestinal phospholipase A2(PLA2), myeloperioxidase(MPO)and malondialdehyde(MDA).It was found that the intestinal PAF level was significantly elevated in obstructive jaundice and was negatively correlated with the decrease of enteromucosal PD(r=-0.90,P<0.01).The results suggest that PAF is an important factor in obstructive jaundice causing enteromucosal barrier injury,and activation of granulocyte and PLA2 as well as the release of superoxide is important intermediate mechanisms for PAF leading to the injury of enteromucosal barrier.
