稻瘟病菌生理小种的研究与应用

【摘要】 1996~1997年应用全国统一的稻瘟病菌鉴别品种,对金沙县分离到的168个单孢有效菌株进行稻叶离体接种鉴定,鉴定出该县的稻瘟病菌有8个群43个生理小种。其中优势生理小种有3个,分别为ZB13,ZB29和ZE3。应用病圃中的稻瘟病菌生理小种,鉴定出抗穗瘟的材料44份。用生理小种ZB13接种金沙县水稻主栽品种的离体稻叶,结果士部品种都感病。目前筛选出防治稻瘟病效果较好的农药是三环唑、稻瘟灵和新克瘟散。

【Abstract】 Physiologic races of Pyricularia oryzae in Jinsha county were identified with Chinese differential varieties from 1996 to 1997. Based on leaf blast inoculation in vitro, 168 monosporidal cultures were divided into & groups and 43 physiologic races. Three of them. were physiologic principal races, named ZB13, ZB29 and ZE3. Forty-four rice resistant materials for panicle blast were identified by using the races in diseased nursery. The rice leave of main varieties in vitro in Jinsha county were inoculated with phySiologic race ZB13. The result showed that all varieties tested were susceptible. Trecyclaxol, isopro -thiolane and edifenphos were also screened for effective control Of rice blast.
