细胞图象的背景分割方法
The Background Segmentation Method for the Cell′s lmage
【摘要】 对内分泌细胞图象分析的基础上，克服常规背景分割方法的缺陷，提出了采用阈值曲面方法对内分泌细胞图象进行背景分割的技术，获得了令人满意的效果
【Abstract】 This paper, based on the analysis of the cell′s image, overcomes the shortcomings of the conventional background segmentation method and puts forward a new method for the cell′s background segmentation that uses the threshold camber. It obtains a satisfactory effect.
