【摘要】 提出了处理旋转体图象运动模糊现象的一种算法。该算法取决于图象退化过程的先验知识。在先求出匀速直线运动模糊处理算法的基础上，推导出匀速旋转体的运动模糊处理算法。实验结果表明，该算法较好地解决了图象运动模糊问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper raises an algorithm for solving the problem of blurred image caused by rotatory motion.The algorithm is determined by the original informatin in the process of image degradation.On basis of the dim caused by uniform straight line motion,this algorithm can be determined.Experiment results show that this algorithm is feasible.更多还原
