双泵恒压供水变频调速 PLC 控制系统
A CONTROL SYSTEM OF CONSTANT PRESSURE WATER SUPPLY USING PLC AND VVVF FOR SMALL SCALE WATER SUPPLY PLANT
【摘要】 介绍了一种小型自备水厂恒压供水控制系统.它采用PLC进行逻辑控制,采用变频器进行压力调节.两台水泵共用一台变频器,但在任一时刻只有一台水泵与变频器相连接.通过切换选择变频工作泵,实现变频器在两台水泵间的自由调度.该系统具有结构简单,压力稳定,工作可靠等特点.
【Abstract】 Introduces a kind of constant pressure water supply system. PLC was used to process the logic control and VVVF was used to adjust the water pressure. Though only one pump could be connected with the VVVF at any moment,the two pumps in the system all were available to be connected with the only one VVVF by cutting on and cutting off. The pumps’ working mode was as follows: one pump worked with varying frequency and the other didnot work,one pump worked with varying frequency and the other worked with fixed freqency. Its constructure was simple, output water pressure stable and operation reliable.
