几种光折变晶体二波耦合特性研究

【摘要】 从理论上推导并分析了几种4mm点群的光折变晶体BaTiO3,KTN,SBN,KNSBN的二波耦合特性.理论和实验结果都表明前向二波耦合与相向二波耦合有不同能量转移特性.相向二波耦合能量转移方向不仅依赖晶体中光生载流子的电荷符号及入射光与晶体c轴相对取向,而且依赖于晶体电光系数各分量的相对大小.

【Abstract】 Characteristics of two wave mixing is investigated in BaTiO 3,KTN,KNSBN and SBN crystal.The results of experiment and theoretical analysis show that the energy transfer characteristics of contradirectional two wave mixing (CTWM) has much differences from forward two wave mixing (FTWM).The energy transfer direction of CTWM depends not only on the orientation of the crystal caxis and the sign of the light induced carriers,but also on the electro optic coefficients.Theoretical analysis of CTWM is very well agreement with the experimental observations.
