环丙沙星、诺氟沙星中枢神经系统作用的比较研究
A Comparative Study of the Effect of Ciprofloxacin and Norfloxacin on the Central Nervous System
【摘要】 本文以大鼠皮层脑电图、脑电功率谱及频率分配变化为观察指标,研究了右侧脑室微量(300μg/kg)注入环丙沙星(CPLX)和诺氟沙星(NFLX)对中枢神经系统不良反应的差异。结果:注入后分别经153.9t88.2s和51.2±35.0s潜伏期,CPLX和NFLX两组先后出现痫样放电(P<0。01)。NFLX组在痫样放电剧烈时动物伴有深大的抽吸式呼吸及肢体抽动等行为学变化。而CPLX组此行为学改变明显弱于NFLX组。脑电功率谱的差异表现为:1.总功率变化倍数在注药后5min时NFLX组为给药前7.2~12.2倍,CPLX组为6.4~7.6倍,前者显著高于后者(P<0.01);2.频率分配:注药后5min时NFLX组β2增加显著高于CPLX组(P<0.05)。结果提示:CPLX对中枢神经系统的刺激作用小于NFLX。
【Abstract】 The difference of the toxic effect on the central nervous system caused by the microinjection (300μg/kg) of Ciprofloxacin (CPLX) and Norfloxacin (NFLX) into the right ventricle of the rats’ brains group was analysed with the electrocorticogram (ECOG), the power spectrum and the variations of frequency distribution of the brain wave. As a result, the epileptiform discharge appeared at 153. 9±88. 2 sec and 51. 2±35. 0 sec. in CPLX and NFLX groups, respectively. When group NFLX had violent epileptiform discharge, they were accompanied by a behaviour change such as tic breath and spasmodic jerk of limbs etc. Whearas, this behaviour change of group CPLX was distinctively weaker than that of group NFLX. The difference in power spectrum of brain: 1. The variation of the total power was 7.2~12. 2 times and 6.4~7.6 times increased in groups NFLX and CPLX after 5min injection, respectively. The variation was strikingly higher in the former group (P<0. 01);2. Frequency distribution: The β2 wave in group NFLX was remarkably higher than that in group CPLX (P<0. 05). Conclusion: CPLX has much less stimulative effect on the central nervous system than NFLX.
