【摘要】 将甲基睾酮（MT）按30μg／g，90μg／g拌入饲料中，分别投喂1日龄的孔雀鱼和玛丽鱼。结果表明：孔雀鱼雄性化达到100％,玛丽鱼雄性化达到95．8％以上，与对照组比较差异显著。组织切片观察在用MT处理后的两种鱼中均发现雌雄嵌合体，随着激素效应时间的延长，诱发卵细胞逐渐退化，刺激生精细胞的增殖，使精巢发育。更多还原

【Abstract】 One day larvae of Poecilla reticulatus and Molliencsia latipian are fed separately with the diet contaning MT in 30μg／g, 90 μg／g. The result shows: the male Poecilla reticulatus reaches 100% and the male Moliencsia latipian reaches 95. 8% and the difference is striking comared with the control group.The gynanders are found in the tissue sections of two fishes treated with MT, The hormonal stimulates degeneration of the egg cell and development of the spermatocyte and the testicular.更多还原
