【摘要】 以湘香二Ａ中雄性可育株为父本材料，与Ｄ９０Ａ杂交、回交，通过排除微效恢复基因和微效温敏不育基因，转育成具有Ｄ型不育胞质的优质香稻不育系川香２８Ａ。该不育系的垩白粒率较珍汕９７Ａ低１８倍，垩白面积小７５倍；稻米香味浓；配制的杂交种亦表现外观和食味品质好。目前，川香２８Ａ已配制出一批优质高产组合。香优１号于１９９７年通过四川省优质杂交稻区域试验；川香２８Ｂ作为优质种质用于保持系米质改良的育种计划之中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The male fertile plants originated from Xiang xiang 2A were crossed with D90A, and backcross technology was used. In this process, minor restorer genes and minor temperature sensitive genes were eliminated by examination of pollen sterility of each plant in different month in every generation. Therefore, good quality aromatic male sterile line Chuanxiang 28A with D type sterile cytoplam have been bred. Its chalkness grains percentage is 18 times lower than one of Zhengshan 97A, area of chalkness less 7 5 times; rice grains are strong aromatic. The apperance and eating quality of hybrids are also very good. Up to now, some combinations with high yield and good quaility characteristics have been screened by using Chuanxiang 28A. Xing you No.1 passed hybrid rice reginal trail in Sichuan in 1997. Chuan xiang 28B as superior quality germplasm was adopted in the programme of grain properties improvement of maintainer lines in hybrid rice.更多还原
