【Abstract】 Through many years’ experiments, the content of catechine in fresh tea in different regions and in different seasons was measured. After analysing, the author bilieves that the sunshine and the temperature influence the content of the catechine greatly. With the strong illumination and sunshine, there is a obvious increase of catechine in fresh tea.更多还原
