连续环状旋转固定床吸附分离水溶液中的碳水化合物

【摘要】 本文以静态法测定了葡萄糖-果糖,木糖-山梨糖在水溶液中双元组分的吸附相平衡关系,得出相应的吸附等温方程。对于木糖-山梨糖体系而言,732Fe3+型树脂的吸附选择性能优于732Ca2+型树脂。用扰动应答技术研究了固定床内相间的传质过程,并用传递函数法求出吸附相间平衡常数和总传质系数。通过连续环状旋转固定床的运行,得出不同的流出曲线和色谱峰。分别考察了进料流量、冲洗流量和进料浓度对分离效果的影响,研究了相平衡常数和传质系数对分离度影响的灵敏程度。

【Abstract】 Frucctose-glucose and xylose-sorbose aqueous solution was separated with continuous annular rotating packing bed(CARPB). After transforming the cation resins of type 732 # and 001×1 to the resins of type 732 Ca 2+ , 732 Fe 3+ and 001×1 Ca 2+ , they were used as adsorbent for CARPB. The determination of equilibrium constants and total transfer coefficient of these adsorbents were carried out in static method and stimulate-response techniques. Experimental data were calculated with transfer function method. The results showsed that 732 Ca 2+ type adsorbent is better than 001×1 Ca 2+ for fructose-glucose binary system and 732 Fe 3+ resin adsorbent is much better than 732 Ca 2+ resin for xylose-sorbose binary system.Several factors influencing the operation and resolution R are discussed.
