酸性染料废水的脱色方法研究

【摘要】 本文研究了水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、硫酸铝(Al2(SO4)3)四种混凝剂处理10B普拉红、弱酸黄G、5GM湖兰三种酸性染料的适宜条件及脱色效果,发现PFS对这三种酸性染料的处理效果最好。并将PFS与CTMAB-膨润土联用处理染液,结果表明对弱酸黄G和5GM湖兰有较好的协同脱色效果,其中5GM湖兰染液脱色率达97.84%。

【Abstract】 In this work was conducted the comparative study of hydrolytic polyacrylamide (HPAM), polaluminum chloride(PAC), polyferric sulfate(PES) and aluminum for removing acidic dyes, such as Polar Brilliant Red IOB, Fast NewTral Yellow G and Turquoise Blue 5GM from water. The optimal conditions and decolorization rate for the four coagulants to treat the acidic dyes in water were investigated. It was found that PFS was the best coagulant to remove the three kinds of acids dyes from water. Bentonite modified with cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide(CTMAB) and PFS were applied to treat acidic dyes in water. The dyeing wastewater containing Fast Neutral Yellow G or Turquoise Blue 5GM were synergistically decolorized by CTMAB-bentonite and PFS. The decolorization rate for CTMAB-bentonite and PFS to remove Turquoise Blue 5GM was 97.8%.
