【Abstract】 An experimental method of simulating the quantity of acetaldthyde distillation has been proposed,it can be used to investigate the quantity of the acetaldthyde distillation under the producting conditions in different cellars or at different sections of one celler and the distiller’s grains during any period of fermentation.更多还原
