相转移催化法合成双酚A二烯丙基醚的研究
Studies on Synthesis of Diallyl Ether of Bisphenol A Using Phase Transfer Catalysts
【摘要】 本文分别用四丁基溴化铵和苄基三乙基氯化铵作相转移催化剂.氢氧化钠水溶液作缚酸剂,研究了溶剂种类,相转移催化剂种类和用量,双酚A与氯丙烯配比和反应时间等对产物收率的影响
【Abstract】 Diallyl ether of bisphenol A with higher yield was synthesized in three solvents (chloroform, toluene and chlorobenzene) by using phase transfer catalysts (PTC) tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride. The influence of kind of solvents, the kind and amounts of PTC, the reactant ratio and the reaction time on yield was investigated.The results showed: (1) chloroform - tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and toluene - benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride are better reaction systems; (2) the best molar ratio of tetrabutyl ammonium bromide to bisphenol A is 0. 12∶ 1 in chloroform and the ratio of benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride to bisphenol A is 0. 22∶ 1 in toluene; (3 ) the best molar ratio of allyl choride to bispheno A is 4∶ 1 and 5∶ 1 in chlorofrm - tetrabutyl ammonium bromide and toluene - benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride, respectively; (4 ) the reaction time is 4h in both systems (chloroform and toluene).
