热致液晶聚酯酰亚胺/双马型聚酰亚胺的半互穿聚合物网络

【摘要】 合成一种柔性链的热致液晶聚酯酰亚胺与二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺的半互穿聚合物网络(SIPN),制备了五种不同组份的SIPN。用DTA、TG表征了共聚物的固化行为及耐热性能,固化物只有一个玻璃化转变温度.分解5%的温度在300℃以上,用SEM观察到液晶相增强特征

【Abstract】 Five sets of semi - IPM films were prepared under vaIying compositions with thermotropic liquid crystalline poly(ester imide) containing flexible chain (C10 ) and 4, 4’ - bismaleidodiphenyl methene. The curillg conditions were investigated by DTA and TGA. In addition, the cured semi - IPNS exhibited a single phase (1Tg) during 220~260℃ according to examination by DTA, decomposition temperatures lost wt. 5 % is higher than 300℃, No large- scale phase sepa-ration was observed in SEM images of the fractured surfaces. The good nematic phase in cured semi - IPNS was observed by polarized light microscope.
