渔用高强度聚乙烯材料研究

【摘要】 对获取高抗拉强度和弹性模量的聚乙烯单丝成型工艺及其渔用性能进行了研究。采用常现高密度聚乙烯原料,以特殊的熔融纺丝和热牵伸工艺,研制出抗拉强度和单丝纺节强度分别为68.2/47.5CN/Tex(Ⅰ)、85.4/4.1CN/Tex(Ⅱ)和113.2/17.3CN/Tex(Ⅲ)的高强度聚乙烯单丝。捻制成网线后,网线抗拉强度与单丝抗拉强度成正比,单丝抗拉强度越高,所制成网线的抗拉强度也越高。网线单线结书强度取决于单丝抗拉强度、单丝结节强度和网线综合线密度(直径)的综合效应。单丝Ⅰ的小规格网线具有较高的单线结节强度;随着网线综合线密度的增加,单丝Ⅱ的大规格网线逐步占有结强优势。单丝Ⅲ更适应于捻制成高强度聚乙烯绳索。

【Abstract】 Polyethylene monofilaments with tenacity and knotted-strength of 68.2/47.5 CN/ Tex (Ⅰ),85.4/43. 1 CN/Tex (Ⅱ) and 113.2/17.3 CN/Tex (Ⅲ) were prepared from high density polyethlene in special processes by melt-spinning and hot-drawing , The tensile strength of twine is re lated to that of polyethylene monofilament. However, the knotted-strength of twine not only depends on the knotted-strength of monofilament , but also the diameter of twine and tenile strength of monofil ament .The twine of small diameter prepared from (Ⅰ) shows high knotted-strength , whereas the twine of large diameter prepared from (Ⅱ) exhibits higher knotted-strength much better than the former, polyethylene monofilament of (Ⅲ) is appropriate to be used for rope making.
