【摘要】 为了在海水鱼虾类育苗中提供一种新的活饵料，1986－1993年在海水（S＝30－32）中进行大量培养蒙古裸腹溞的一系列试验。用4种方式进行了16次试验：1、静水微藻培养，4次试验中探腹溞最高密度1540～3500个／升，平均日产量9．75～47．4g／m3；2．静水微藻加酵母培养，5次试验中最高密度125－5400个／升，平均日产量14．3－45．8g／m3；3．静水微藻加酵母充气和吸底培养，4次试验中最高密度4735－10520个／升，平均日产量49，1－109．6g／m3；4．微流水培养，3次试验最高密度6723－7870个／升，平均日产量33．5－88．6g／m3。文中讨论了影响裸腹溞密度和产量的生态因子以及大量培养的一些生物技术问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In ordr to supply a new live animal food for the larvae of marine fishes and shrimps, a seris of experiments for the mass culture of Moina mongolica in seawate have been con ducted during the years 1986 - 1993. There were 16 experiments with following 4 treatments that had been conducted : 1. Static culture with microalgae as food in 4 experiments , the highest densities of Moina population were 1540 - 3560 ind. /L and the average daily productions were 9. 75 - 47 .4g/m3.2. Static culture with microalgae and yeast as food in 5 experiments , the highest densities of Moina were 1225 - 5400 ind./L and the daily productions were 14.3 -45.8g/m3. 3. Static culture with aer ation and clean bottom in 4 experiments, the highest densities of Moina were 4735 - 10520 ind. /L and the daily productions were 49.1 - 109. 6g/m3. 4. Microflowing wate culture in 3 experiments , the highest densities of Moina were 6723 - 7870 ind. /L and the dail productions were 33. 5 - 88. 6g/m3.The ecological factors influencing Moina production and some biotechniques of mass culture have been discussed in this paper.更多还原
