微孔扩散管曝气试验

【摘要】 本文综述了在污水处理站使用离心鼓风机穿孔管大气泡浅层曝气所引起的溶解氧不足,动力效率低的问题,通过采用PE型高分子聚乙烯微孔烧结管作为曝气的扩散管模拟曝气实验,经计算分析,其氧的吸收率和氧转移的动力效率均优于原有的曝气方式。本实验为类似该问题的曝气设施改造,提供了一个有价值的依据。

【Abstract】 This paper presents some problems of insufficient dissolved oxygen and lower power efficiency caused by the shallow aeration of big-bubbles via pore tubes of the centrifugal machine used in sewage treatment plants The simulation aeration experiment was conducted by means of adopting microporous tubes of PE-type polymer PVC as the diffusion tubes for aeration It is found via the calculation and comparative study that both of the absorption of oxygen and the power efficiency of oxygen transfer are more advantageous than previous aeration process This experiment provides a valuable accord for the restructure of the aeration facility with similar problems
