脑组织修复与~3H-TdR掺入之间的关系

【摘要】 为研究脑组织修复与3H-TdR(氚标胸腺嘧啶核苷)掺入之间的关系,本实验采用昆明小鼠20只,制成脑损伤模型,分别于术后3天、1周、2周、3周取损伤部位的脑组织,进行3H-TdR放射活度测定。5只作对照。结果:术后3天和1周3H-TdR液闪计数最高,分别为45.92±20.02和41.11±22.34,对照组为15.76±96。两组间有明显差异(P<0.01;P<0.05).说明伤后3天至1周脑组织摄取3H-TdR最多。

【Abstract】 For study the relations between renovation of brain tissue and 3H-TdR(3H-thymidine)incorporation, 20 Kunming mice were made into model of traumaite brain injury by surgery,and other 5 Kumming mice served as control.Brain tissue at injury region was excavated, and 3H-TdR was assayed on the third day,the first,second and third week after surgery, re-spectively.Results:The activith of 3H-TdR on the third day and 7th day was the highest as 45.92±20.02u and 41.11±22.34u respectively, and 15.76±96.00u in the control group.There was singnificant difference between them(P<0.of, P<0.05). It indicates that the intake of 3H-TdR in injuried brain tissue was maximum from the 3rd to 7th day after surgery.
