【Abstract】 This article reporis the method of preserving T.vaginalis by using 10% glycerine under liquid nitrogen reflrigeration.As the specimen was preserved for 1 or even 2 years,the T.vaginalis grew and propagated well after they were thawed under 37℃ and then cultivated for 4 days.The parasites were clear in structure and distinct in morphological features as the specimen stained with Wright Giemsa method.更多还原
