加力燃烧室污染特性计算

【摘要】 通过数值模拟方法,预估某型涡扇发动机加力燃烧室污染性能。采用k-ε双方程模型描述紊流特性;采用修正的k-ε-g紊流燃烧模型和两步反应系统,来估算燃烧流场。其中CO和NO浓度都通过求解其紊流输运方程得到,而碳粒浓度采用多维经验分析法获取。对最大状态和加力状态等18种飞行工况下加力室流场和污染性能进行了数值计算。结果表明:随着飞行高度和飞行马赫数的改变,污染物排放浓度也发生相应的变化,计算所得的污染物排放浓度变化规律是合理的。

【Abstract】 A numerical study of the effect of operating conditions on the pollutant performance in a turbofan engine afterburner has been conducted.The k ε turbulence model and the modified k ε g turbulent combustion model are applied to extimating the time averaged Navier Stokes and species equations.The heat flux model is used to predict heat flux distributions for considering the influence of heat radiation on gas temperature profiles.The SIMPLE method and hybrid scheme are used with the staggered grid system.Wall functions are applied to u,v,k,ε,h, because of the large variation of turbulent transport coefficients in the region near wall.The stairstep method can be used for the treatment of irregular boundaries and obstacles of various shapes.An empirical/analytical calculation approach is utilized to evaluate the pollutant soat emissions.A two step turbulent combustion model is employed for computing carbon monoxide CO concentration.The NO pollutant formation model which takes into account the influence of turbulence is used for the evaluation of the rate of NO formation.Computations are conducted on different operating conditions.Predictions indicate pollutant emissions vary with flying attitude and Mach number.
