【摘要】 电站锅炉“四管”爆漏事故是造成电厂非计划停炉的主要原因 ,因此 ,结合大量电厂实际锅炉“四管”爆漏的案例 ,编写了“四管”失效方式数据库、“四管”失效案例库、“四管”常用钢材性能数据库 ,以及“四管”剩余寿命估算模型。开发出“四管”爆漏诊断专家系统 ,此系统可有效的快速发现爆漏的原因 ,提供解决措施 ,提高机组利用率更多还原

【Abstract】 The blast and leakage of superheater,reheater,wall and economizer tubes (they are called as boiler tubes in following) are the main cause of boiler unplanned outage.So a expert system is developed with the databases of the boiler tube ageing,of the cases of boiler tubes blast and leakage and of the typical steel properties and a model to predict the residual life of boiler tubes.This system can effectively and quickly find out the real cause of boiler tubes blast and leakage with specific measures given.更多还原
