用提拉法生长优质溴化钾单晶

【摘要】 在KBr原料中,适量添加KBr3,可利用KBr3在热分解过程中产生的游离溴去除KBr原料中的含氧基团,纯化原料。用提拉法(Czochralski)在大气环境中也能生长出低吸收系数的大尺寸优质KBr单晶。其红外吸收系数在1×10-4cm-1数量级。比用普通方法生长的KBr单晶的吸收系数降低2个数量级。而且工艺条件简单,成本低廉。

【Abstract】 In this paper,KBr 3 is moderately mixed into the KBr raw materials,and the oxyradical centres within KBr raw materials would be cleared away by the free bromines decomposed from the hot KBr 3.High quality KBr single crystal can be grown in the atmospheric environment by the Czochralski method.The KBr single crystal has low absorption coefficient and large size.Its infrared absorption coefficient is in 1×10 -4 cm -1 quantity grade.Not only the absorption coefficient of the KBr crystal reduced 2 order of magnitude than that is grown with use the ordinary method,but the technological requirements are uncomplicated and the costs are low.
