人造水晶温度控制系统的研制
Development of Temperature Control System for Synthetic Quartz
【摘要】 介绍人造水晶温度控制系统。并就系统的总体构成、硬件结构、控制算法、控制软件、控制效果作全面分析。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a temperature control system of growing synthetic guartz crystal is introduced.The totaling construct,structure of hardware,calculat method of controling,software of controling and effect of controling are analysed.
