川芎嗪对缺氧肺动脉高压大鼠血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽水平的影响
Effects of Ligustrazine on the Levels of Serum Endothelin1 and Calcitonin GeneRelated Peptide in Rats with Hypoxic Pulmonary Hypertension
【摘要】 用酶免疫检测法测定缺氧3周大鼠血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,研究缺氧肺动脉高压(HPH)大鼠血浆ET-1、CGRP水平及川芎嗪对其影响。结果表明,缺氧可使血浆ET-1水平升高,血浆CGRP水平降低,ET-1和CGRP与HPH形成密切相关,CGRP/ET-1比值失衡可能是HPH发生发展的重要因素之一;川芎嗪对HPH的形成有预防作用,此预防作用可能与纠正失衡的CGRP/ET-1比值有关。
【Abstract】 The levels of serum endothelin1(ET1) and calcitonin generelated peptide (CGRP) in rats with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension(HPH) for 3 weeks were measured by means of enzyme immunoassay and the effect of ligustrazine was studied.The results showed that the level of ET1 increased and that of CGRP decreased in the state of hypoxia. It is concluded that the imbalance of CGRP/ET1 ratio is probably one of the important factors of the formation and development of HPH, and the mechanism of the protective effect of ligustrazine on HPH may be related to the correction of the imbalance of the CGRP/ET1 ratio.
