【摘要】 用酶免疫检测法测定缺氧３周大鼠血浆内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）、降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）含量，研究缺氧肺动脉高压（ＨＰＨ）大鼠血浆ＥＴ－１、ＣＧＲＰ水平及川芎嗪对其影响。结果表明，缺氧可使血浆ＥＴ－１水平升高，血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平降低，ＥＴ－１和ＣＧＲＰ与ＨＰＨ形成密切相关，ＣＧＲＰ／ＥＴ－１比值失衡可能是ＨＰＨ发生发展的重要因素之一；川芎嗪对ＨＰＨ的形成有预防作用，此预防作用可能与纠正失衡的ＣＧＲＰ／ＥＴ－１比值有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The levels of serum endothelin₁（ET₁） and calcitonin gene_related peptide （CGRP） in rats with hypoxic pulmonary hypertension（HPH） for 3 weeks were measured by means of enzyme immunoassay and the effect of ligustrazine was studied.The results showed that the level of ET₁ increased and that of CGRP decreased in the state of hypoxia. It is concluded that the imbalance of CGRP/ET₁ ratio is probably one of the important factors of the formation and development of HPH, and the mechanism of the protective effect of ligustrazine on HPH may be related to the correction of the imbalance of the CGRP/ET₁ ratio.更多还原
