【摘要】 本文对１３１例乳腺疾病的超声检查资料进行了回顾性分析，全部病例均经手术病理证实，超声诊断符合病理结果的１１１例，占８４．７％，其中乳腺癌的超声诊断符合率为８５％。结果表明，根据病灶的分界、形态、回声分布、后方有无衰减及肿块对周围组织有否浸润等声像图表现，对肿块良、恶性判断有一定的参考价值，而对病灶较小及小部分欠均质低回声肿块仅凭超声声像图表现判断良、恶性病灶仍有其限度更多还原

【Abstract】 The ultrasonograms of 131 cases of breast diseases were studied with retrospective analysis. All cases were further checked by pathologic examination.Among them,the ultrasonic diagnosis of 111 cases(84.7%) was coincident with pathologic examination, and the diagnostic coincidence rate of breast cancer was 85%.The results showed that ultrasonography was helpful in differentiating benign or malignant nature of the breast masses on the basis of the contour, border, echo distribution and sound beam attenuation of the lesions as well as the infiltrating manifestion of the masses. However,there were limitations in the smaller breast masses and those with heterogeneous and low echo distribution.更多还原
