扶正活力合剂抗辐射损伤作用机制的实验研究

【摘要】 本实验在60Coγ射线复制出的辐射损伤动物模型上,观察了扶正活力合剂对辐照后机体血SOD活性、GSH-Px活性和MDA含量的影响,对比了服药后动物免疫器官指数的变化,并以辐照后动物30天存活率为指标,反映了该合剂的抗辐射损伤功效。结果显示,服用扶正活力合剂的动物体内抗氧化能力增强,脂质过氧化反应减弱,免疫器官重量增加,机体辐射损伤轻,存活率高。

【Abstract】 This experiment studied the influence of Fuzheng vitality mixture (FVM) on the serum SOD、GSH-Px activity and the MDA content, in the animal molds damaged by 60Coγ ray and compared the changes of the immune organ indexes with control group. The 30-day survival rate after being irradiated was targeted for evaluating the defensive function of FVM on irradiation damage. The results showed that the antioxidant ability was strengthened, the reaction of lipid peroxidation was weakened, and the weight of immune organs was increased. All of the animals, which had been given FVM, showed a higher existent rate and a slighter irradiation damage than the control one.
