橡胶种子不同萌发期几种酶及可溶性蛋白质的变化

【摘要】 研究橡胶种子在萌发进程中可溶性蛋白质含量及其电泳图谱,以及磷酸酶、过氧化物酶活性及其同工酶图谱的变化。结果表明:(1)子叶中可溶性蛋白质含量随种子萌发的进展而逐渐升高,其他部位的则下降。不同部位及不同萌发期的可溶性蛋白质电泳图谱的主要谱带基本不变,而弱谱带随部位及萌发期有较大的变化。(2)在贮藏期胚轴有较高的过氧化物酶活性;胚乳在各不同萌发期基本上不具有过氧化物酶活性,其他部位的过氧化物酶活性随萌发的进展而上升;其同工酶图谱也发生相应的变化。(3)随种子萌发的进展,各部位的酸性磷酸酶活性显著升高,其中子叶的变化尤为显著;碱性磷酸酶活性在贮藏期较弱,也随种子萌发而上升,但到胚很突出期后略有下降。磷酸酶同工酶图谱随种子萌发进展也发生消涨性变化。

【Abstract】 Soluble protein content and its electrophoresis zymogram as well as the activity and isoenzyme zymogram of phosphatase and peroxidase in germinating seeds of Hevea brasiliensis were detemined. The results showed that main bands of electrophoresis zymogram of soluble protein were generally not changed in various parts of the seeds although the soluble protein content increased in the cotyledon and decreased in other parts with seed germination. During storage,peroxidase activity was much higher in embry-onic axes but not found in the endosperm. Peroxidase activity increased with germination in other parts of the seeds and their isoenzyme zymogram also changed with germination.Acid phosphatase activity in the seeds increased evidently with germination,especially in cotyledon - Alkaline phosphatase activity,althongh weak,increased with germination until radic1e emergence. Isoenzyme zymogram of phosphatase also changed with germination.
