【摘要】 本研究系口服青蒿琥酯预防血吸虫病的现场研究,于1997年7月～9月在望江的杨河试区及贵池的沙山试区分别选择易感人群624、286例,将受试对象随机分成两组,按双盲法分服青蒿琥酯和安慰剂,剂量均为6mg/kg 顿服,受试对象在接触疫水后2周开始服药,每2周1次,连服4次,停止服药后4周用尼龙绢集卵孵化+Kato-Katz 法进行效果评价。结果表明,杨河试区服青篙琥酯片者孵化阳性2例,阳性率为0.73%;对照组粪检阳性11例,阳性率为3.83%,感染度几何均数为26.40±1.49。沙山试区服青蒿琥酯者无1例粪检阳性病例,而服安慰剂的对照组,粪检阳性7例,感染率为6.54%,感染度几何均数为14.23±2.14。两试区对血吸虫病的预防保护率分别为80.94%、100%。在试验过程中两组观察对象均有部分出现腹痛、恶心等胃肠道刺激及头昏、乏力等症状,但反应均较轻微。且两组副反应率差异无显著性,服药前后两组受试对象肝、肾功能,网织红细胞和心电图检查未见明显变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The project was field apliance of oral artesunate for prevention of schistosomiasis.In the study, two pilots,Yanghe pilot with 624 cases,Wangjiang County;and Shashan pilot with 286 cases, Guichi City,Anhui province,were selected from July to Septemble in 1997.The cases were di- vided into two groups,artesunate group and placebo group,by double-blind method.The sub- jects in artesunate group received artesunate 6 mg/kg once every 2 weeks for 4 times after con- tacting with infested water for 2 weeks while subjects in placebo group received the same dasage of placebo.4 weeks after therapy,stool examination with hatching method and Kato’s method was conducted to evaluate the effect.Resulds showed that after treatment,in Tanghe pilot,2 cases were positi in artesunate group with an infection rate of 0.73%(2/273),while 11 cases were positive in placebo group with an infection rate of 3.83(11/289),the EPGs of stool by geometric mean was 26.40±1.49.However,in Shashan pilot,no case was positive in artesunate group,while 7 cases were positive in placebo group with an infection of 6.54%(7/111),the EPGs of stool by geometric mean was 14.23±2.14.The protective rate was 80.94% and 100% respectively in the two pilots.There were a few side-effects appeared in the 2 groups during treatment,such as abdomonal pain,vomiting,dizziness and tiredness,et al,but all the symp- toms were mild and there were no difference between the 2 groups.No significance changes were found in routine blood and urine tests,the hepatic and renal function test and EKG during ex- periment.更多还原
