V3N钢超硬耐磨模具的性能和应用

【摘要】 V3N（W12Mo3Cr4V3N）钢是一种无钴超硬高速钢，采用特殊的热处理工艺，可获得优良的综合机械性能。用它做模具可以大大提高模具寿命，提高经济效益，它在模具行业广泛应用。

【Abstract】 V3N (W12Mo3Cr4V3N)steel is a Cobalt free superhard high speed steel. superior comprehensive mechanieal properties can be obtained by specical heat treatment. The service life of the die which is made of V3N steel is greatly improved,ecnomical efficiency is enhanced too. V3N steel will be applied widely to the die induustry.
