固化温度对橡胶增韧环氧树脂体系结构影响的研究
【摘要】 本文对在90℃、120℃和150℃下固化的橡胶/环氧试样进行了SEM分析。结果表明,随固化温度的提高,橡胶与环氧的兼容性增大。150℃固化的试样呈均相结构;120℃固化的试样中橡胶分离相的体积含量较高,相畴尺寸较大;90℃固化的试样呈现两相结构,但橡胶分离相的体积含量很少。在加入固化剂之前使橡胶与环氧进行预聚反应,能增加橡胶分离相的体积含量和相畴尺寸。理论分析与试验结果相吻合。
【Abstract】 The samples of rubber-epoxy at 90℃, 120℃ and 150℃ have been analysized bySEM.The results show that the compatihility of rubber-epoxy can be increased by incresing the temperature of cure.At 150℃,the cured samples have homomorphology the higher volume fraction of phase-separeted rubber aswell as the bigger size of domain phase are given at 120℃,the two-phase morphology of the sample cured at 90℃can be seen but volume fraction of phase-separeted rubber are less, The results show satisfactory agreementbetween the theoretical analysis and the xperiment
