【摘要】 目的:分析11例肾移植成败的主要因素,旨在提高今后肾移植的成功率。方法:收集1990-1997年我院施行的11例肾移植病例进行分析。结果:移植肾存活率。1年72％(8例);2年63％(7例),5年27％(3例)。结论:供肾质量,免疫抑制剂的合理应用和感染的防治是影响基层医院移植肾存活的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: in order to analyze the main factors of success or failure , and to raise the success rate of kidney tgransplantion Methods : To analyze the clinical symptoms and signs of 11 patients with kidney disease afeter transplantion from 1990 to 1997. Results: The survial rate in one year was 72% (8 cases ), in 2 years , 63% (7cases ), in 5 years , 27% (3 cases ). Coucalusion: The important faltors affectiong the kidney grafting in the prefecture hospital were the quality of kidney suppling , rational use of immunosuppressor and infection control.更多还原
