环行调Q单纵模振荡器的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF RING CAVITY QSWITCH SINGLELONGITUDINAL MODE OSCILLATOR
【摘要】 通过腔内标准具的使用、腔型的优化以及腔参数的调整,研制了激光波长为1.062μm、脉冲宽度15~40ns可调、激光能量5mJ、重复频率40Hz、能量的绝对抖动优于8%、脉宽的绝对抖动优于10%、单纵模几率准100%的振荡器。先进的腔型设计、良好的稳定性和高的性能价格比为ICF驱动器激光预处理系统提供了良好的种子光。
【Abstract】 A singlemode operation of 40Hz Nd:YAG laser for application in high power laser system was designed and manufactured using a ring cavity configuration, containing etalon and tuning loss conveniently technology. The laser can be operated at 5mJ per pulse with a pulse width of 15~40ns without modulation, the output energy fluctuation less than 8% and pulse repetition frequency (PRF) can be used at 40Hz. Now, this laser is being used in some experiments of “Xing Guang” facility.
