【摘要】 为探讨高原地区法鲁氏四联症外科治疗经验，本文就我院1992年11月至1997年12月25例法鲁氏四联症术前诊断、手术设计、手术中注意的问题以及术后处理进行分析，死亡率16％。作者认为法鲁氏四联症是一种常见的严重紫绀性先心病。手术中严密修补VSD和彻底疏通流出道以及术后严密监护及早纠正并发症出现是提高法鲁氏四联症治愈率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effectiveness of surgical treatment of tetralogy of Fallot(T()F). Methods: 25 patientswith TOF,who had to be admitped to our hospital from 1992 to 1997. were treated by cardiosurgery. Results:The curerate reached 84%, the mortality was 16%. Conclusions: we consider that TOF is a common and serious congenitalheart disease. The imporrtant aspects of cardiosurgery of TOF include:better repairing the VSD. completely deroppilating the output cannel of ventricle and curing complications, these programs are succesful facts in the treatment ofTOF.更多还原
