【摘要】 模块化模型库是实现电站自动化建模的一个重要环节。该文介绍了一个用于图形建模环境下的锅炉模块化模型库,详细叙述了回转式空气预热器和汽包式锅炉蒸发系统的数学模型,简要叙述了模块库中其它主要锅炉设备模型。模型库中数学模型的数值积分一般采用更为稳定的半隐式算法,并给出了一个数值差分的具体实例。应用模型库中的模型模拟了300MW电站,模拟结果表明,采用本文给出的模型库能够大大缩短电站仿真所需要的时间;半隐式算法能够有效地改善数值计算的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Boiler modular model library is developed to simulate the boiler of fossil power plants. Mathematical model is based on first principle formulation using mass, energy and momentum conservation equations. The major objectives of the development program are: (a) to apply the standard model to simulate different power plants; (b) to apply the modules in graphical modeling builder; (c) to shorten the period of developing models; and (d) to decrease the error rate. The mathematical models of some main components are briefly described in this paper. Semi implicit numerical method is investigated with the objective of improving the stability of numerical calcultion. These models, together with the graphical model builder, have been applied to simulate a boiler of a 300MW fossil power plant to assess the ability of the model and the numerical method. The improvements about numerical stability have been illustrated by above numerical experiment. Simulating results show that the model and the solution method are correct and valid.
