磨合过程的摩擦学设计研究

【摘要】 利用磨合过程的数学模型分析了内燃机转速、负荷、缸套和活塞环的初始表面粗糙度以及润滑剂粘度等因素对内燃机磨合过程的影响。同时对内燃机磨合过程的摩擦学设计进行了理论上的分析和探讨,利用优化理论对活塞环顶环的剖面形状和磨合过程中内燃机转速和负荷的分配进行了研究。计算结果表明,非对称的活塞环剖面形状可以提高摩擦副的油膜厚度,从而降低磨合失败的可能性;而转速和负荷的合理分配则可以有效缩短内燃机的磨合进程。

【Abstract】 The factors which affect the running in process of the piston ring and cylinder line have been studied in details based upon a mathematical model previons work. These factors include the load and revolving velocity of the engine, the surface roughness of the piston ring and the cylinder line and the lubricant viscosity. The tribological design method of the running in process has also been discussed. The method of optimization has been used in order to find the best profile geometry of the piston ring face and the best assign of the load and revolving velocity of the engine during the running in process. The calculation shows that the unsymmetrical cross section profile of the piston ring can increase the oil film thickness between the piston ring and cylinder line, and the reasonable assignment of the load and rotate speed of engine can also cut down the running in process.
