He-Ne激光对鸡骨髓培养细胞微核率的影响
THE EFECTS OF He—Ne LASER ON THE MICRONUCLEAR RATE OF CHICKEN′S BONE MARROW CULTURAL CELL
【摘要】 不同剂量的Ｈｅ—Ｎｅ激光辐照Ｉｎｓａ鸡骨髓培养细胞，４０ｍＷ×１０′～６０′不能诱导微核产生．培养细胞中吸收亚甲蓝时，同样辐照条件，微核率明显提高，ｔ测验结果Ｐ＜０．０１．
【Abstract】 Micronucleus can’t be induced by 40 mW ×10′～60′ irradiation amount of He—Ne laser to the bone marrow cultural cell of Insa. Same irradiation amount of He—Ne laser may decrease the micronuclear rate when methylene blue is absorbed into the cultural cell. The result of t test is P<0.01.
