【Abstract】 In this paper, the preparation methods of Phosphatidylcholine hydroperoxide (PC OOH) and Methyl linoleate hydroperoxide (ML OOH) are reported. We use water soluble free radical initiator (AAPH) to oxidate Phosphatidylcholine (PC) for a period of time, and PC OOH was isolated from the mixture by reverse phase HPLC. The Methyl Linoleate (ML) was placed in dark at 50℃ for several days, and ML OOH was acquired by silica column chromatographic isolation.更多还原
