中国对虾育苗池水中哈维氏弧菌的检测

【摘要】 1996年4月~5月,在山东莱州市大华育苗池、山东即墨市丰城育苗场发病育苗池、环境水体及活体饵料中共采集80份样品,用间接ELISA技术对其进行了苗期对虾病原菌-哈维氏弧菌的检测。结果表明,发病育苗池中哈维氏弧菌的检出率(58.3%)明显高于正常育苗池(20.4%),证实丰城对虾育苗场暴发的流行病与育苗水体中的哈维氏弧菌有关;大华育苗场育苗水中也检测出哈维氏弧菌,但大华育苗场并未发病,说明哈维氏弧菌似乎是条件致病菌。在丰城育苗场及大华育苗场的蓄水池中均检测到哈维氏弧菌,而活性饵料中未检出,表明育苗水中的哈维氏弧菌来源于外海水。

【Abstract】 Eighty water samples including normal larval rearing water in Dahua hatchery,diseased larval rearing water in Fengcheng hatchery,environmental water and living food of larvae were collected during the larval rearing period of Penaeus chinensis in 1996.Vibrio harveyi in these samples were detected by indirect ELISA.The results showed that 58.3% diseased larval rearing water samples were positive in V.harveyi while 20.4% normal larval rearing water samples Ⅱ were positive.This verifies the former conclusion that the larval disease in Fengcheng hatchery are related with V.harveyi in rearing water.Although V.harveyi could be detected from larval rearing water in Dahua hatchery,no larval disease was observed in Dahua hatchery.It indicated that V.harveyi was opportunistic pathogen to larval Penaeus chinensis.The fact that V.harveyi could be detected from reservoir water both in Dahua hatchery and Fengcheng hatchery but not from living food of larvae indicated that the V.harveyi was from seawater.
