振动钻削时钻头的动力学模型
Dynamic Model of Drill during Vibrational Drilling
【摘要】 为了给振动钻削的进一步发展提供有力的理论依据,根据欧拉-伯努利(Euler-Bernoulli)梁理论并用哈密顿(Hamilton)原理,建立了振动钻削时钻头的动力学模型。该模型包括了钻头以及钻削操作的重要特性,即钻头的截面几何特征、螺旋角、转速和钻削过程中产生的切削力。
【Abstract】 In order to provide a forceful theoretical basis for f urther development of vibrational drilling, dynamics madel of drill during vibrational drilling is set up by means of the Hamilton principle and hased on the Eu-ler-lternoulli theory. The model includes of important characteristics of drill bit and drilling operation,i. e. sectional geometrical property of drill,spiral angle,speed and cutting force created during drilling.
