关于齿轮振动、噪声与齿轮修形关系的探讨
【摘要】 对汽车变速器的振动和噪声的研究表明,主要的激振源和噪声源是传动齿轮的啮合冲击。而齿轮修形技术能有效地降低汽车变速器齿轮的传动噪声,它可提高齿轮传动质量。探讨了某汽车变速器齿轮修形参数的求解过程,并为汽车齿轮修形规范的制订提供一定依据。
【Abstract】 Result of investigation into the automotive transmission vibration and noise shows that main source of vibration excitation and noise is the engagement impact of transmitting gears, and the gear profile modification technique can effectively reduce transmitting noise and improve performance of gear transmission. Procedure of solvation of a certain automotive transmission gear profile modification parameters is surveyed, which provides the basis for formulating standard of automotive gear profile modification.
