50CrV4弹簧钢疲劳破坏机理的研究
【摘要】 本文主要分析了轿车悬架螺旋弹簧用钢50CrV4的疲劳破坏机理。在扫描电镜下观察了轴对称旋转弯曲疲劳断口,对疲劳断裂的原因进行了详细的分析,并在光学和扫描电镜下分析了钢中的非金属夹杂物。
【Abstract】 In this paper t he fatigue fracture mechanism of 50CrV 4 steel for automotive suspension coil spring is mainly discussed. The rotational bending fatigue fracture surface is observed by scanning electron microscope and the cause of fatigue fracture is analyzed in detail. Thenon-metallic inclusion is examined by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope aswell.
