植物质杀虫剂苦皮藤乳油与B.t.及增效磷(SV1)混用技术研究

【摘要】 室内生测结果表明,KPTEC10g/L和SV11g/L及KPTEC750mg/L和B.t.125mg/L混用的协同毒力指数分别为8795%及150%。田间试验结果表明,KPTEC500mg/L和SV1100mg/L及KPTEC400mg/L和B.t.100mg/L混用,施药后15d防效分别为6318%和8052%,而单用KPTEC500g/L的防效仅为5141%,单用B.t.500mg/L的防效为6281%;混用的增产率为3109%和2829%;而单用KPTEC500mg/L的增产率仅为2111%,单用B.t.500mg/L的增产率为2374%。因而,KPT和SV1及B.t.混用均有增效作用。

【Abstract】 The results of laboratory bioassay showed that the index of co-toxic of the mixed use KPT(an extract of Celastrus angulatus) EC 10g/Lwith SV1lg/L and KPT750mg/Lwith B.t.125mg/L was 87.95% and 150%.The results of field experiment indicated that cumulative insect-days efficiency of that mixed use about KPT EC 500mg/L with SV1100mg/L and KPT EC400mg/L with B.t.100mg/L was 63.18% and 60.69%,respectively.But used B.t. 500mg/L and KPT EC500mg/L was 6281% and 51.41%.The yeild protection efficiency of mixed use was 31.09% and 28.29%;but KPT EC 500mg/L was only 21.11%, B.t.500mg/L was 23.74%.Thus,KPT EC mixed with synergist SV1 and B.t. preparation had obvious synergistic effect against imported cabbage worm larva.
