ZL-9601赖氨酸生产菌某些特性及发酵试验的研究
Study on Characteristics and Fermentation of Lysine producing strain ZL 9601
【摘要】 本研究对ZL-9601赖氨酸生产菌菌株的形态、培养特性和生理生化特性进行了初步鉴定和分析,并以糖蜜为主要原料,初步确定了该菌的产酸能力。结果表明,该菌为短杆菌(0.8~1.0×1.0~2.5μm),需氧,发酵最适温度30℃,最适pH7.0~7.2,最适碳源为葡萄糖,最适氮源为硫酸铵;该菌不分解赖氨酸,可耐15%的赖氨酸,耐30%的葡萄糖。以糖蜜为主要原料,在最适温度和pH的条件下,产酸可达6%以上。
【Abstract】 The morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical characteristics of Zl 9601 strain of corynebacterium glutamicum were studied in this paper. At the same time, the ability of producing lysine was determined with the medium mainly made of molasses. The result show that ZL 9601 strain were rod bacteria in morphology(0.8 ̄1.0×1.0 ̄2.5μm), oxygen needed during cultivation. The optimum temperature was 30℃ and optimum pH was 7.4 ̄7.2. the favorite carbon source was glucose. The suitable inorganic nitrogen was (NH 4) 2SO 4. It did not lysize lysine and could tolerate 15% lysine and 30% glucose. The lysine production of it came up to 6% with the designed medium in proper cultivating condition.
