普通小麦抗赤霉细胞工程育种研究 Ⅰ.抗镰刀菌毒素细胞变异系的分离
Studies of Breeding for Scab Resistance by Cell Engineering in Wheat Ⅰ. Isolation of Fusarium graminearum crude toxin resistance lines in wheat
【摘要】 通过普通小麦幼穗组织离体培养,建立起了两个小麦体细胞无性系。以禾谷镰刀菌的粗毒素为选择剂,应用多步筛选方法,从两个体细胞无性系中分离出了WTscv-1,WTscv-2,WTscv-3,WTcv-4和丰scv-15个抗性变异细胞系,从三个抗性变异细胞系中获得了再生植株。5个变异细胞系对镰刀菌毒素有较强的抗性。
【Abstract】 Two somatic cell clones , designated as W 1 and W 2 have been established from wheat immature inflorescences in vitro. Five Fusarium graminearum toxin resistance lines, designeted as WTscv 1 , WTscv 2 , WTscv 3 , WTscv 4 and Fscv 1 have been isolated by using muti step selection system under the crude toxin stress condition from two somatic cell clones. Plantlets had been regenerated from three crude toxin resistance cell lines. The resistance of these variant line against the crude toxin of Fusarium graminearum is stonger than that of the parent.
