【Abstract】 Single factor model which describes effects of moisture, heated air temperature and air velocity on maize breakage susceptibility as well as soybean breakage susceptibility has been made by Box Cox conversion. Simulation of maize breakage susceptibility, together with soybean breakage susceptibility, could be done on the basis of the models. It’s a new approach to set up models of grain quality during drying process by Box Cox conversion in econometrics. Significant effect was obtained. A practical method of modelling was presented.更多还原
