【摘要】 通过对农业大学中农业工程类专业教育实践的总结与探索，提出了提高农业工程类专业学生培养质量的方法和途径：即从培养一支高素质的师资队伍着手，确立教师在教学过程中的主导地位，鼓励教师运用现代化教学手段，更新教学观念，改革教学方法；着力完善实验室管理体制，重视实验教学，重视实习基地建设；注重素质教育，将技能培养作为学生教育的主要内容之一，促进学生全面成长。多年来的教育实践表明这些方法和途径是行之有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the experiences of educational management and educational practices in specialities of agricultural engineering in agricultural university, some ways and methods to improve the personnel training quality are put forward. Such as making great efforts to explore reforms of classroom teaching and laboratory, teaching on the basis of enhancing the discipline of teachers, making full use of the sophisticated teaching manners, perfecting the regulatory regime in laboratory, attaching importance to the construction of practical teaching base, strengthening students technical ability training, stressing the versatile talent training to promote their comprehensive growth , and so on.
