三坐标测量机机动操作控制系统

【摘要】 针对3坐标测量机用户和生产厂家的需要,按照3坐标测量机机动操作系统技术指标的要求,设计并研制出由步进电机驱动系统组成的3坐标测量机机动操作系统。该系统可实现单轴操作、2轴或3轴的联动;运动方式有连续运动和点动步进2种选择:连续运动速度可在0.4~4m·min-1内无级可调;点动步进距离不大于15μm。系统还具有急停和测头自动保护等功能。

【Abstract】 To fulfill the user’s and manufacturer’s demand, a 3-Coordinate Measuring Machine (3-CMM) with power-driven control system is developed composed of stepping motor driving divice to meet the requirements of different technological index. The single-axis operation and the double or three axes combining movements can be realized by that system.The system has continuous and stepping movement patterns. The continuous movement velocity can be continuously adjusted in the range of 0. 4 m.min-1 to 4 m·min-1 and the stepping distance is no more than 15 μm. The system has the functions of instant stop and measuring head automatic protection.
